Two Ways To Quit Smoking with Hypnosis!
Our “Stop Right Now” program is 2 one on one Hypnosis Sessions package and is designed for the person who is highly motivated to quit smoking and has probably smoked less than ten years and has easily quit before, but just has difficulty making it last.
Even if you quit after the first session, it is important to complete the process as we people tend to go even deeper on the second session and this makes it even more powerful and effective. And also every session we do is different and personalized to your case.
Our “Hard Core Smoker Program” is for those people who have smoked for 10 years or more and have tried to quit many times and found it very difficult and quitting makes them become irritable or edgy. Sometimes family members will even beg this type of smoker to start smoking again. These people also smoke sometimes for emotional reasons like stress, boredom, anger, etc.
During this program you choose if you want to quit gradually or after quit after the first session. We do between 4-5 sessions because we use Advance Hypnotherapy Techniques eliminate emotional connections, false beliefs, and the associations with the smoking habit.
What can you expect after your first stop smoking session?
After the first Hypnosis session to stop smoking about 30 % of people will feel as if they’ve never smoked before, no cravings for cigarettes, about 30% might think about cigarrettes specially when they go to places or do things associated with the smoking habit, but they remain in control and are able to refuse to smoke, about 30% of people will continue to smoke but less than before and after every session will feel better smoking less until they don’t smoke at all anymore. The remaining 10% are those who are usually not very motivated, or too skeptical about hypnosis or about the fact that they can quit.
