What is the difference between going on a Diet and doing Hypnosis?
Diets provide at the very best, only temporary results. Most people put the weight back on, others eat a lot more when they finish the diet. Our mentality is changing towards new ways in achieving and maintaining our ideal weight and at the same time preventing diseases like cancer, diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol and heart problems, which are related to obesity in some ways. Exercise and Healthy eating are still the best way to be fit and maintain a healthy weight.
How can Hypnosis help us exercise, develop healthy eating habits and slim figures?.
When we talk about achieving and keeping a slim figure, we can’t just talk about eliminating the wrong foods and eating healthier ones instead. In most cases, we are talking about getting rid of long time habits such as overeating, eating junk food to satisfy cravings, addictions to certain foods, and lack of motivation to exercise. Sometimes these long time habits may come from our childhood, lack of self-esteem, and emotions such as: stress, anger, boredom, sadness, depression that get “temporary relief” when we eat.
Hypnosis is not a quick fix, so it requires your desire to change and commitment. However, it is totally worth it if you are tired of diets and want to eat only when you are physically hungry, stop when you are 80 percent full, include more vegetables and fruits, eat less but enjoy it more, be more physically active and feel more confident and proud.
