Anger is a human emotion that we all experience from time to time. However, sometimes anger can be misplaced and we can find ourselves lashing out at someone about something that wasn’t that important. Or, in other cases, the level of anger that we experience does not match the situation or problem occurring and this can cause some people to become violent.

forgivenessIn some cases, anger can be expressed by breaking objects, yelling at others and in worst cases, hurting others physically. I’ve had clients who seek hypnosis only after getting in trouble because the anger seemed to overwhelming that they lost all self-control at that moment.

Anger can be healthy when it motivates us to do something to defend ourselves and make the situation more fair to us in reasonable ways, whenever possible. Sometimes anger can be experienced for years which can affect the physical and mental well-being of the person experiencing anger; but it can also affect every other aspect of the person’s life like relationships, employment, etc. Sometimes, we don’t know where the anger comes from consciously, but subconsciously, there’s always a reason why anger is experienced. Hypnosis is a very effective tool to find the cause of the anger, resolve it, eliminate negative feelings, emotions, false beliefs, etc. And increase self-control, relaxation, confidence and inner peace.

In some cases, anger is not expressed but is internally experienced at a subconscious mind level. Like in the case of people who have trouble saying no to others and like to please and do things even when they really wanted to say no. These people sometimes end up putting others’ needs before theirs and this can cause a health and/or emotional issues later on, even anxiety or depression.
