Break-ups are hard and painful. Depending on the situation and the kind of relationship experienced, people can be left with feelings of sadness, anger, inadequacy, anxiety and more. Hypnosis will not erase those memories but it can help you develop a new perspective on things so that you can get your self-esteem and confidence back and move on in a healthier way. Sometimes a breakup can trigger painful feelings from past experiences like past breakups or childhood negative experiences.
Hypnosis is a great tool to get the cause of the problem and heal those experiences that might be adding more fuel to the fire. In some cases, a bad really painful break-up can be a symptom of something else going on or an underlying issue. Some relationships are harder than others to heal from, and if the relationship was controlling, abusive, dishonest, etc. , people can be left with emotional wounds that can take a long time to heal.
