For a long time I have practiced Meditation. I received for the first time training in Primordial meditation through Deepak Chopra’s program in 2002. Since then I have continued my practice, at times, I have stopped for periods of time but I have always gone back to my regular practice after a while. I know for a fact that I do feel better when I practice meditation regularly. Somehow I feel more grounded. I believe that this is a healthy habit that we should all include in our daily lives, just like exercise. Over the years I have studied other modalities. At the moment, I follow the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, after reading his boo “Autobiography of a Yogi”, and I am currently enrolled as a student of the Self-realization Fellowship.

Sometimes it’s easier to get started with Guided Meditations¬† but you can also include them in your daily practice if you are always familiar with everyday practice.
